Working with KCG
I generally charge by the project. However, some projects can occasionally be quoted at an hourly rate. For longer term customers, I offer my services on a retainer basis. I recommend new clients consider the per-project option during an evaluation phase. New clients also can use hourly support when they need immediate assistance.
